Delete your PlugLife account

This page lets you delete your account in PlugLife, the Supercharger amenity rating app (website and Android app) made by T&J Developments. Want to keep your account and remove only some data? Delete specific data instead.

How to delete your account

Sign in below with your PlugLife email or username and password.
Type DELETE in the confirmation box.
Tap Delete my account. You'll be signed out and see a confirmation.

You can also open this page from the app: Account → Delete account.

What gets deleted

Your account and login (email address and password)
Your username and profile (display name, avatar photo, home city)
All your check-ins, including reviews, overall ratings, amenity ratings, and lighting, cleanliness and safety ratings
All photos you uploaded
All stall problem reports you submitted
Any linked account connections

What we keep

Nothing. Site scores are calculated live from existing check-ins, so once yours are deleted they no longer count toward any score. We keep no copy of your data except where the law requires it. Our hosting providers' routine security logs and backups may hold traces for a short time before they're overwritten automatically.

How long it takes

Self-service deletion happens immediately. Email requests are completed within 30 days.

Can't sign in?

Email tabithalwarren@gmail.com from your account's email address with the subject "Delete my PlugLife account". We'll delete it within 30 days.
